Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dynamize Therapy has worked with clients of all ages from birth to old age. We are happy to accept referrals of any age!

    If you are needing extra specific care, and we know someone who might be able to provide this service for you, we will discuss this with you and refer onwards to them.

  • This depends on your particular session and how long this goes for. Dynamize Therapy charge as per the current NDIS Price Guide which is $193.99/hour for MM1-MM5, $271.59/hour for MM6, or $290.99/hour for MM7 locations.

    (Note - Modified Monash Model (MMM) is an Australian Government classification system that categorizes locations from MM 1 to MM 7 based on geographical remoteness, town size, and road distance)

  • If travelling to a location, outside of Mount Isa, Dynamize Therapy will charge travel. This will be discussed with you prior to your appointment. Please contact us to discuss this based on your location. 

  • Dynamize Therapy provides a mobile service so therefore we come to you. We can come to your home, see you in the community, at school or daycare, or a location of your choosing. We have hopes to be able to rent out a clinic space in the future. 

  • No, we are not NDIS registered, so we are only able to provide services to NDIS participants that are self-managed or plan-managed.

  • Dynamize Therapy is happy to offer ‘consultation’ sessions where we might only see you a few times. This would mainly be for educational purposes. We mainly engage in ongoing sessions as this is where we are able to work alongside you, towards your goals. Dependent on your need and availability, this could look like weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions.
